Orders placed after 2 pm PST on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday morning. Once your order is processed it will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders are processed in chronological order unless you placed an order utilizing one of our express shipping methods such as FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2Day, or FedEx Express Saver. Orders with in-stock items and express shipping methods are processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2 pm PST.
Orders placed before 2 pm PST Monday through Friday are regularly packed and shipped the same day if no pre-ordered or back-ordered items are included.
A tracking number is sent to the email address we were provided at checkout as soon as the shipping label is generated for your package. Generally, the tracking number will not receive its first update or show shipped until it is picked up from our warehouse by the carrier between 4-6 PM PST. If your shipping confirmation does not display an item from your order it was most likely split into multiple shipments. The item missing may be sold out, back-ordered, or on pre-order. Sold out items will not be returning to stock while back-ordered and pre-ordered items have yet to arrive from the manufacturer.
Please be aware product availability may fluctuate due to manufacturer delays and high demands for certain products. For availability feel free to reach out via our live chat services or by telephone. If an item is listed as in-stock but happens to not be available we will reach out as soon as your order is processed. Should your order contain one of these items we are happy to discuss your options for a swap or replacement.
If your order has not shipped within two business days it may be on hold due to a sold-out item, pre-order item, or missing/incomplete order information. In this case please check your inbox or call in for assistance.
