RVCA Clothing, which is owned by Billabong International, was founded by PM Tenore and Conan Hayes. The company is based out of Costa Mesa, California and sponsors top athletes around  the world in many different areas of sports, including Leo Romero for skateboarding, Matt Archbold for surfing, and Vitor Belfort for MMA fighting.
